What we collect
Account and contact details, Codeforces handle, optional Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook accounts, studies, t-shirt size, national ID and derived birth date, age, gender and birth governorate. Document photos will be collected when the document feature is available.
Why we collect it
We use these details for student verification, course eligibility, enrollment, community communication and event administration. Social accounts are optional.
Who can access it
Authorized ICPC EPNU HR staff use your profile for these purposes. National IDs are encrypted and shown masked in student views. Document access will be private.
Retention and backups
The provisional default retention period for ID photos is two years after verification, subject to university confirmation. Deleted data can remain in encrypted-at-rest backups for up to 8 weeks before those backups expire.
Your rights and contact
